We use free cutting steel which is non leaded due to Rohs (Restriction of hazardous substances act June 2006).   Not only do we have all state of the art machines such as Mazak in Japan, we also have the latest Swiss make single spindle automats from Traub and Bechler, updating our machines every 6 years.

 

We grind all our parts to under 2 microns on the Grindmaster which is the most sophisticated grinding machine available anywhere.
